Hmm honestly thats kinda tough! I eat different foods everyday. But get around 4000 calories in daily. Also I get about 1g of protein per bodyweight. Carbs and fats im not 100% percent sure of.

Now if you ate 4000 cals a day while training you would be bigger.You need to keep track of your macros and it's easy to see you don't.
