    this post is for everyone not just obs...you see my avy right?...that pic was from a few years ago...i am leaner now and still look bigger so there isn't much room for me to grow/improve especially coming off a blast that said i will still be "all in"..i will be running a cruse dose of test c 250mg per week and that's it...i will post pics soon but i don't want people to drop out before it starts...remember it is most improved and we are really competing with ourselves...fyi, i have been training 4 times per week for the last 16 yrs consistently not counting the 10 years i put in before starting a business and having a kid and taking a few years off so seeing this through will be a piece of cake for me its what i do for fun...trash talk all you want but if you are going to beat me you better get the fuck in the gym and put in the work with even more effort than you think i do because this is my life, my passion, my obsession...you have been warned...

    Thats the right attitude. This is getting off to a good start. I can't wait to spectate!
