OK so just stop test and carry of with hcg for about 10-14 days after last test shot. Then start clomid at 100/50/50/50 Tamoxifen at 40/20/20/20

250iu 2 times/week. Been doing that whole time.

That should be fine just make sure you have a long time off (4-6) weeks after pct to see if your LH and FSH has recovered.
