    This is always personal preference. Many like split doses, many like it all at once. I prefer it all at once for an anabolic overload, lol. I prefer the aas in one big dose a couple hours pre workout. I've done it both ways many times and fine no negligible difference either way. It's easier in one dose, but I totally understand the want to use in different stages throughout the day.

    I think if you want a good pre workout take full dose of oral pw but for steadier blood plasma levels split dosing is best..
