Im 50 years old, 5'9" 195 lbs around 12% bf currently
i have done several cycles over the years. i was just kinda liking for some ideas on a lean mass cycle, not anything to hardcore. I know a lot of people will recommend Deca but im a little afraid of deca dick. at my age i need to keep it working as long as i can!! lol
50 y/o, 5'9", 195#, 12% bf is good stats. You must work out a lot. It's harder to lose fat as we age. When I want to get lean I run Test/Mast cycle. You should know that 19-Nor's like Tren and DHT based AAS like Mast can wreak havoc on your hairline. However, they do get you pretty lean. If you want to save your hairline you might want to look at a Test/Winny stack. Even just Test alone with diet and cardio will get you down to 10%. If you take 200mg/wk of Deca you probably won't suffer Deca Dick. I take 5mg/ed of cialis just because. It gives me great pumps during workout and I get wood everyday. You're a young 'un compared to me. LOL
Mast is awesome and cut you up but it is DHT based. That means that if you're prone to male pattern baldness, it could eat up your hairline. I've thinned some over the past 10 years so I stick with 100mg/wk of Mast and I can get some decent gains without starting a brush fire on my scalp.
ok so here is what im thinking of running..
test C 500 mg weekly
mast 400 mg weekly
proviron50 mg daily
anastrozole 1/4 mg eod
caber .5 mg 2x per week
cialis 5mg daily
hcg 250 iu 2x week
any thoughts on this for a lean mass cycle thats fairly side effect free and not hard on the libido??
I'm 50 and I just finished bulking with 700 mg deca. I think I found my sweet spot. No issues, actually the opposite. I would not use this for a lean mass cycle. Probably go with a test and mast cycle.. Just remember diet is going to be key.Originally Posted by rbm33
