    In addition to most of what Sicko posted, I like Green Tea, 2xweek probiotic, and Superfood (the bag of powder crap-like protein powder).

    Oh yeah...forgot about the probiotic...was mentally going thru my drawer and didn't see it.
    What do you take the green tea for? Detox or stimulant effect?
