    What was your free T level in January?
    LH Level?
    Taking any meds that may effect T production?

    Remember, total T is not what works for you, FT does. Total really doesn't matter that much. D3 is one of the most important supps out there and will help reduce shbg thus raising FT a little. It's actually a hormone, not a vitamin. Not familiar with participial blindness but I was searching for trauma that could effect / impede pituitary function.

    There are several types of hypogonadism. Primary, secondary or a combination of both:
    Primary = testicular failure.
    Secondary = pituatary failure
    Or a bit of both....

    Primary can be indicated by an elevated LH level yet T levels are still low.
    Secondary is indicated by low LH levels and also low T.
    You're showing lower LH and sub-optimal (imho) T levels resulting in how you now feel.

    I'd be interested in filling in the blanks with your blood work, retesting hormones and LH/FSH a month or so after the last test (with adequate rest) and comparing results. If T and LH values are still dropping I'd request an MRI of your pituitary.

    WBC COUNT 6.2 K/uL 3.5 - 12.5 K/uL
    Red blood cells count 5.79 M/uL 4.10 - 5.70 M/uL
