    Delts and traps got torched and I'm sore! That good sore... to the touch even! Those MPs were right on the money can't wait for my delts to grow more but that means keeping everything else in check and also bring up my chest and so on - it never ends

    Hi Fellas, Ladies.
    Ahhhh ffs a pulled ma ass doing legs

    Started on smith squats, was getting a good niggle from the knee so it was light. Any way 2nd set and boom lol pulled the cunt.

    So that was that,

    Incline leg press 3 sets

    Seated calf 3 sets

    Hack's 2 sets

    Done, quads and calfs were on fire, Ass was on fire and knee was really complaining lmfao what a session.

    Morning all......still here...reading, but in and out of pain so I am resting when needed. Did make to the gym for some back today, trying to jar this baby around. My booty and quads were feeling it from yesterday's workout.

    today.....just going to list my highs in weights.

    H&S Under hand, high grip rows SS with side lats
    warm
    2 working with high 170lbs
    3 drops

    side lat
    warm
    2 working 85lb high
    3 drops

    H&S high row narrow grip one arm (different machine)
    2 warm
    3 working with a high of 105 on one arm (this is a high for me) 5 reps each side
    1 drop

    Drings cables lat pulls (one of my favorite workouts)
    warm
    2 working with 105 per arm (my highest ever) with 5 reps
    3 drops till failure

    narrow grip cables rv grip ss with face pulls
    warm
    2 working sets 155lbs (my highest ever) 4 reps and 2 partials
    2 drop to failure

    face pulls
    warm
    2 working sets 155lbs (my highest ever) 6 reps
    2 drop

    Wide Grips Cable SS with kneeling cable lat pulls
    warm
    2 working with high 145lbs (high again) 4 reps
    2 drop

    kneel lats
    3 working with 200lbs (the whole rack), nice and slow on the return.....my high on this one
    1 drop

    One arm rows DB
    warm
    2 working 55lb DB each side (my high, I knew I could do it), 3 reps
    2 drop lowest 45lb DBs

    finished with wide and close grip pull ups, 1 set each....

    A little abs as well, before the pain started seeping in.

    that's all I had.

    Felt F*CKING strong. My back is handling some weight. Just grow baby grow!

    You are a pusher for me! Always pushing me to be better it helps having a team of support. Next week on one arm rows I am going for 60's! lol!

    I do love those PB's! It's fun!

    I take the focus of the pain from the stone and put it into my lifts.

    Let me tell you though, it's for sure hurting me right now.

    We love having you D 110%.... you are one tuff wee fucker, but pls be careful you know the gym will always be there. It's hard i/we all know it get's in the head but your heath comes first D we can run a cycle any time girl any time, be smart and safe.

    Edit lol, Girly changed her AVI, she was lying with a thong on and a pair of heels. OMG lol, it was one stunning pic but it caused chaos D so she had to change it lol but song missed it. So after song asking for her to change it back girly did just for a short time, but he missed it again hahah and he still has never seen it that we know.

    Thanks for the kind words. I am for sure listening to my body. The lifts is what keeps me sane for now, I would be going crazy if I didn't have them , i am home now in bed, just where I want to be. Chilling.....there is a reason this happened, slow me down a little. I am always on the go.

    Well D, you seem to be still going at it but you are in pain. You can cycle any time D, your health comes first, only you know hiw you feel and how much you can push.
    Just remember D, you do not want anything showing up in your bloodwork because they will just blame it on the gear and it will always be in your record as a steroid user so life insurance will blame anything and everthing on this. Be smart D your a young fit as fuck girl.

    You know speaking of that, I have had full panels done and not one dr out of 3 and 3 full blood panels have come up with var, which leads me to believe it's not working (which is what I thought early on, j never felt the pump this cycle like last). Would it show up?

    The pain comes in waves for sure. As it makes its way down that little tube it will cause pain, but trust me it's not constant. If it were I wouldn't be able to lift.

    I love the fit as fuck compliment!!! That's so awesome to hear/read!

    This stone is only a few days. This would be there either way, so a lifting I will do

    I promise I will listen to my body though. Rest when it tells me too.

    Had a nice wk weather wise though, a wee bit windy but the sun has been out.

    Yes sir! Supposed to be pretty dang nice today. I absolutely love these cooler temps. Should be decent lifting temps late tonight. . Plan to begin reschooling myself on proper bench press form while my shoulders heal up from popping up the heavier d'bells.
    I have a nasty habit of popping them up hammer curl fashion vs. using my legs to aid with getting them to the starting pressing position for d'bell presses. Believe I'm paying the price for it now although I will say the discomfort is a good 60-75% less than it was.
