    I don't do them with a BB but do DB pullovers after my bench training as a stretching movement. I use a light weight around 50-60 lbs to stretch the rib cage and shoulders. It allows for some really deep breathing when fully stretched out.

    I have my own breed, i use dumbells on a 45ยบ bench incline, and lock my shoulders with the dumbell directly over my head and bend my elbows down putting most of the focus on my triceps. Works like a skull crusher but works the shoulders some too.
