    3 x 10 mg spreaded Dbol dose in non-training days, and 1 x 30 mg before workout in training days? Or just 3 x 10 mg ED?

    If you want to use it as a pre workout then take full dose 1 hour before. If you want to get the maximum results then 30mg ed split into 2 doses
