this will be my first time doing HGH i was wondering whats to be expected from a kit? 100iu

You should notice some fat loss, improved sleep, better recovery,, but 100 iu is about only a months supply. I would suggest 3-4 months minimum for its best effect.
The side effects from HGH like bone growth come from ABUSE and not proper use.
