I take it once daily due mostly to convinience and never had a problem. I guess it would be more stable split, but on the same coin, taking it all at once would create a massive spike. So I think with that, there just can't be much of a difference in the overall results. At the end of the blast, I would bet that the results would be almost identical in terms of body composition. I like the mental edge of taking it 2 or 3 hours preworkout, not that it actiall y does anything but gives me a mental boost.
