DAY 58
Okay so heres a long one today. Finally got somewhat pumped pictures which i will attach at the end of the post. Managed to get the changing room to myself before someone came in and caught me taking selfies.
Was a good day today. Had a girl in work begging for me to ask her out on a date. Felt good. Really did. Still never bit, maybe next month on the clomid.... maybe.
Training was insane tonight. Wasnt as strong as last chest session but was still amazing. Chesy was red like a baboons arse after flies. Pump was phenomenal. Felt huuuuuuge (head swelling) really happy with the way i look right now. Also... no shoulder pain during chest!! Whatever that niggle was the other day seems to have fixed my shoulder lol. Awesome!
Im going to have a bash at b12 i think. Perhaps injections as ive read hunger is better on it. Im going to absolutely pile in the calories for the rest of the competition.
Also im having some minor issues with asphixiation during my workout. Genuinly feel like im breathing with a carrier bag over my head during drop sets. I nearly passed the fuck out during chest press. Black spots everywhere. Only thing that held me up is that there was pretty girls in the gym. This may sound strange but the feeling that im pushing my body that hard is satiafying. Hope i dont start getting involved in the homosexual noose torture fetish. But im still young so who knows....
