Lethargic arimidex .5 eod. But hot flashes at .25

Im running test e. 500 mg a week. When i was taking adez at .25 eod i has high blood pressure, slightly emotional and was bloated. I bumped it up to .5 eod now im i sanely lethargic, and breaking out. Not noticinng a loss in strength. What is the perfect in between dose??
