Being on the tren run makes it nice cause I can't really eat enough. It doesn't really matter what I eat within reason my body is just burning it with no issue!!!!

Agreed 100% Eat all you can, tren will burn the excess, if not up the cardio. To many guys starve their bodies when cycling.

You wont and if you do its worth it, it will come right off when you go back to your normal dialed in diet. You wont grow eating what you were on your maintenance diet.

Thanks a lot brother they played a tough team and lost 5-6 in the last game. Only difference it makes is we are playing at 830 am today instead of 1010 and we can play 3 games today instead of two. Now the girls just need to win!!!

What's up fellas. Been a hell of a past few days trying to get on here. My app is still screwed up. So many bugs on android app. Anyways, supposed to be a chest and bicep day but ended up only doing biceps. Tris hurt too much from yesterday to push any weight so I decided to give tris and chest some rest. Weight loss has stalled so I bumped down my calorie intake by 200 to get things rolling. Leg day tomorrow. Won't be able to post as much until app is fixed. Right now I'm on the website on my phone (laptop is screwed up) and it's just hard to navigate. Hope everyone is doing well.
