If a chick has a dirty house when single, it is a sure thing she doesn't have her shit together enough to be in a relationship. Everyone I know in a shitty relationship or divorced/broke up, one of them or both of them are fucking lazy slobs.

I know, I can spot the signs. What I believe to be the best predictor is how the individual relates to his own family. Poor relationships with family is imo correlated to higher chances of toxic relationship with a partner.

Or if a girl doesn't take care of her kid/kids to me it's a sign of serious problems in the future..however dirty houses or smokers are dead to me right off the jump just because to me it's a turn off..
