    Continue with what you're taking until after BW when you can assess progress. Out of the supps you mentioned though I'd only consider D, Zinc, Stinging Nettle and HGW (which reportedly can help with ejaculate volume) imho. Supps can help but they need time to work. Consider holding off on BW a bit longer unless it's easily obtainable for you.

    Well there seems to be some scienctific eveidence that magnesium and boron help as well, so I'm going to continue with those as well as the
    zinc and the vitamin d. I have made a few lifestyle changes as well, I've cut way back on the simple carbs like sugar, flour and most items that have any form of wheat in them. I'm eating much more protein and healthy fats, eating fish twice a week.
