Sorry to be the one to disappoint you but you are making the mistake many people do when cutting for too long. You are eating way too little. Thats just 1640 calories. When you eat so little your metabolism tanks. My diet when I was at that level of bodyfat was 2500-3000 calories. At 70kg you will most likely have trouble losing any more fat. Taking peptides just to do that is expensive and wont give you that much. If I were you I'd just do a clean bulk at 3500 calories or so depending on your activity level, and gain a considerable amount of muscle, so when you cut theres something to show!
