Had my blood work done this morning. I picked up my NAC (600mg) yesterday and the bottle says take 1 capsule daily with a protein containing meal. Should I take 2 caps daily?
The guy at Nutrition House (the store where I got my supplements) did not know what TMG is so I had to google it for him and he had to make a call to find out what it is. I will be picking that up today as he did not have it at his store. I also picked up Omega 3 and L-Carnitine. Should I take something to protect my kidney? Like Milk Thistle or same? What other supplements should I be looking into?
Should I stop taking my estrogen (menopause) when on Var?
