Most guys on here won't recommend either. It is more effective and even cheaper to blend your own. Like almostgone said, "2 tablespoons of instant coffee in my shake, L-arginine, citrulline, and D-ribose".
Personally, I am lazy and get cost on supplements so I chose to use them lol. BCAA are a waste of money. Unless you are eating low amounts of protein or working out fasted, there is simply no need. Stock up on a quality isolate protein and you will be good to go.
Personally I don't like C4 or pump hd. I have used 1mr vortex and liked that one.
