Shots should be at navel as said. Not all fat under skin is subq. Around navel it is. There is a reason insulin shots are in the stomach area and not the thigh which would be easier.

I've done insulin shots all over my body with no issues. Notice small differences in onset times tho. Is there a specific reason shots should be around naval? Are you saying that so that it goes subq instead of IM or are there other reasons?
