Suggest reducing SHBG to midrange with Winstrol or Anavar and then you can probably drop the T dose way down. Start at 10 mg/day for either and adjust as necessary. Consider a diuretic too.

yes the doc will probably prescribe meds, more than likely a diuretic to start...
