Test prop has left my calf drawn up for over a month. Prop and I were not meant for each other in small groups.
One big issue people overlook with prop or any injectable is they do not get deep enough and it gets in your fat causing lumps and pain. I pin 1.5" onlynow.

I'm fairly lean so I always assumed I didn't have to inject too deep b/c there's not much fat to go through, but that was my misunderstanding. The deeper the better.

you are fine using 1" if you are lean I have been doing it for years on all body parts including glutes...the only time I ever had a "gusher" where blood shot out after pulling out the pin was with a 1.5" needle in the glutes, since switching to 1" years ago it hasn't happened since...also 1.5 in the delts or thighs I wouldn't recommend but that's just my opinion...

When you dont go deep enough you will know it. I always get hard areas of fat around the injection site. They are very painful to stick a needle through the next time around and you can feel the pad of hard fat with your fingers.
