Take it whenever you like. I take mine at lunch time when I take most all my other supps and meds. I've been scripted 5 mg x 2 per day for years now. I'd suggest starting at 5mgs and see how it goes for you. Whether you feel it or not, know that it's working for you. It has about a 16 hr half life or so.
