first cycle and trust issue with it

Hi everyone, i had this cycle from a retired university professor (sports science). Now he is a bodybuilding trainer, i think he's 60 years old.

the problem is that EVERYONE is telling me that this is a bad, no-sense cycle!
if anyone could give me some feedback I would really appreciate. thanks

i'm 6'1 "and i was 205lb at 14% bf. With cutting diet i reached 185lb 10%bf and now i decided to turn into AAS to get more results for a clean bulk. i asked to him to prescribe me a cycle

Nowadays still natural, at the end of the cut i'm doing a recomp approximatively 2600kcal on training days (4) and 1600kcal on rest days. macros on training days are 250cho 85 fat 200pro


CYCLE:

first 4 weeks:
100mg test propionate Monday and Thursday
100mg decadurabolin on Tuesday
10mg nolvadex every day
200mg cardus marianus

5th week:
2 clomid every day, 1 morning and 1 in the evening
1 gonasi 1000 on Mondays and Thursdays
200mg cardus marianus

from 6th to 10th week:
250mg text enant on Monday and Thursday
10 mg nolvadex every day
25 mg proviron every day
200mg cardus marianus

11th week:
2 clomid every day 1 morning and 1 in the evening
1 gonasi 1000 on Mondays and Thursdays
200mg cardus marianus

12th week:
1 clomid per day for 10 days
200mg cardus marianus

MACROS for the cycle are:

5 days of training 3700kcal = 400cho 105fat 300pro
2 days rest 2300kcal = 185cho 70 fat 250pro

I would seriously not speak to whoever gave you this advice anymore. Consider reading some of the educational sticky threads in this forum. Particularly the "My first cycle" thread.

Absolute nonsense.

The HCG (gonasi) and PCT put that way throughout cycle don't serve any function. HCG is best run throughout cycle to keep your jewels running.

I guess the prop it's intended as a kick start but you ought to pin it ED to keep levels stable, plus it isn't really needed in a first cycle

No AI it's the worst I'm reading here, it signals zero real knowledge about hormones

DECA is extremely suppressive and best avoided until your experienced AAS user or better, on TRT

Cardo mariano is intended as a liver support but you know science did some progress over the last few centuries, since no orals are administered there is no real need either, go with 1-2g NAC if your worried about liver

This guy doesn't seem to know what he's dong so your best disregard its advice. Refer to the forum stickies to know how to properly run a first cycle.

Best first cycle is pretty simple - 500mg test enanthate is all you need, anything on top of that will make no difference, but it's imperative estrogen is controlled with an AI (arimidex).
