Youd be surprised. It doesnt look like it in pictures but ive got alot of gyno looking fat at the nipple. But most od my fat is stomach and back fortunatly. But u suspect the stomach fat will go before the back fat. That will look strange...

I'm keeping track via photos and there appears to be some improvement, though I'm wondering if any residual gyno structure is ever going away with time, but upping Test seems to be doing its part, looking forward to batch my own DHT gel to rub locally, I'll look like a man one day lol.

Ive read that serms and ai can only shrink gyno that its impossible to remove without surgery. So in essence its an empty lump waiting to be filled with estrogen to flair up again

Started a pullback this week. Legs done tonight. Also got 50 mins of cardio thrown in.

Tried paused squats for a change. Enjoyed them.

You also tried DY deadlift variant? Deads have always been my fav but I like them much more done that way.

This is my experience also. A few weeks ago before I started eating like crazy my six pack was very visible but the lower back fat was still there. It's crazy to get rid of that, I think anyways, never had the patience to diet for that long.

Yes, that's what if feels like, lumps might have faded but softer tissues appears to be still there. I'm never going with SERMs and there is no need to surgery either at this stage.

I believe I already explained why you need not to play with your nipples, it goes to centrally stimulate prolactin secretion..

It costs much more to have it shipped overseas really, raw is only at $2 per gram.

Yes gave them a go last back session on others reccomendations. Went pretty light at 90kg. Felt alot of strain on my arse muscles not letting it touch the floor. I will add it in to the coming back days and see how i progress. Ive never liked deadlifting.
It just seems like an injury waiting to happen.

170kg is my maximum pull for a couple of reps conventionally.

I definetly prefer pressing movements. Nothing beats a good ole dumbell shoulder press

Does it look as mental as i think it does? Id rather it went away at the same time but genetics i guess. Im probably 10kg of fat away from a 6 pack. I dont have to worry about that this cut

I caught myself in my car this morning checking. Kind of stuck inbetween right now. If i wasnt in the middle of getting trt id probably start nolva for some weeks. But i dont want to skew bloods and give any reason not to progress to another form of treatment.

I'm sure your beard will grow like man's once you get your T up, DHT can be quite deleterious for prostate and hair health but lol my PSA even lowered with TRT, beware I'm crazy when it comes to experimenting don't follow me down that route

Oh right i see. Theres no getting rid of the anxiety that accompanies stims from my experience. Just need to ride it out and remember the reason you have it is because of a drug and nothing else.

Ephedrine made me feel like superman for a couple of days then that effect dropped unfortunatly. Still good but not good when you drop it

Thing is I'm quite borderline with the thyroid meds so any stim on top of those is likely to trigger sides, not having any tremors btw but strength is down.

Well I know something that work, but you know, other drugs.

I am cutting at the moment however i am struggling immensly to get my 2300 kcal in for the last few days. Im having to stop meals and go back to them an hour later cold.

The urge to throw it all back up is almost irresistable haha.

In all seriousness, i love to shit on the clomid but i suspect me testosterone levels will be at the top end of the range along with e2. For whatever reason i am maintaining weight and losing fat.
Issue is body composition was never the issue. Mental and other physical symptoms remain as prevelent as ever.

Without cialis i cant maintain or even achieve an erection sometimes.

Its yet to be put to the test in a real lifr scenario lol but i am 99 percent sure it temporarily solves the issue.

Fuking hell that's bad news zues, I hope you get down the road further to TRT soon than later. A lot of the time it can be in your head regarding sexual function though. Maybe talking it out with her beforehand might help with the anxiety at that special moment but this depends how close you are

Do not get angry with the system you wont win. Take whats on offer and make sure you get what you need at the end of the road. Some guys hvae dealt with this for years and years before getting help. Ive had it a couple and im done with it.

Access to testosterone is almost trivial but i understand its in my best interests to do it properly.

I will be booking my clomid bloods this week for mid october then hopefully a treatment change

Had the best 2 workouts of my life the past two days despite being exhausted.

Today was shoulders. I was so tired that i did 2 sets on incline chest press before i realised it wasnt shoulder press.

I felt huge today and i tore the muscle the fuck down. Very intese followed by 50 mins of cardio.

Glad to be back on hardcore training after pullback week.

Legs are painful to the touch, feels good. Ive been pretty ill the past couple of days with no appetite but despite that the training was tremendous even though my fatigued state that im in.

Mind is everything

Another strange note:
I have noticed a body hair increase which makes me suspect my testosterone will be fairly high. I thought i was imagining it on my face that alot of the spots i couldn't grow hair had started.
My newly made girlfriend commented on my body hair yesterday and upon inspection i had to agree its pretty hairy. Chest and stomach seem far hairier than theyve ever been. Havent shaved in about a week so its grew back.

Dont think she likes the rugged look. Back to silky smooth soon enough
