You don't need drugs to get cut. Save your money and use AAS when you're trying to gain muscle.

    here is the problem.
everytime you take steroids you run the risk of damaging your HPTA.
if you damage your HPTA then you will most likely end up fatter in the long run.

    So....
why use steroids to cut and possibly end up fatter in the long run?

Steroids are for doing what cannot be done naturally.

Have you ever looked at a small cut guy and said "Man, he must be on steroids!!!!!!!"???

Well, first of all I know that I have very low T, and that very low T is often a cause for inability to bring the Body fat below a certain percentage.

My plan is to bulk and shred. Test+Anavar should do that, right? OBV with the right nutrition and hours at the gym.

If you truly have low T then get prescribed TRT.
Cycling is only going to make your low T worse by further damaging your HPTA.

Also, you cannot bulk and shred at the same time.
    Bulking equals eating more calories.
    Shredding equals eating less calories.

Brooklyn why don't you get complete blood work done and try to figure out why your T is low? There's a list in the Finding A Doc sticky thread at the top of the HRT Forum. When T is low there's normally a causative factor unless it's age related, which is probably not the case here.

I did. An endocrinologist checked everything, for several months. It's low, but not so low as to demand treatment. So, no causative factor, probably just genes.

So, I cycle 50 mins 5 days a week. Plus I run 5 miles 3 times a week. Is that enough cardio?

Agree 100%. I naturally don't have a lot of muscle or definition. However, I have looked better when not running, not able to get to the gym regularly and with diet on point than I have when running trail marathon distances and lifting with a moderately crappy diet.
(This was a few years ago needless to say).

You're going to ruin your lean physique dropping 750mg of gear into your body and then yo yo ing back to your starting 140lbs seems counter productive.

Abs are not a gear question. That's diet. Intermittent fasting works the safe as a depleted calorie deficit. You should focus more on the nutrition aspects.

Can you post your current diet outlines?
