I'll tell you something - hormones don't really do anything. They only carry a signal. The way your respond consist in the capacity of such tissues to receive and manipulate this signal appropriately. Thing is, you haven't developed low T. You are a nearly teenage guy whom has NEVER been exposed to the androgens. That means the androgen receptor got a long way to upregulate and make you responsive. This also requires absence of functional antagonism by excess estrogen. In fact, high estro alone can downregulate the receptor, and your reading - 85 pg/ml LOL - it's very high if real.
