Urgent !!! Fainted after 2nd injection of sustanon 250

Guys tomorrow evening is time for my 3rd shot, and still my ass hurting too badly, I am even unable to walk, is this normal? as I fallen on ground and injection site hit the ground first and this is my first time I got a shot on left glute. It is now a week, and I think my right glute is perfect and unnoticeable soreness is there after first shot, but I still think I can take third shot there.

After 5-6hrs of taking shot on glute, it get sore and hurt badly for next 3 to 4 days, is this normal? Will it occurs if I take quad shot?

How long does it takes to get relief from soreness? What are the chances of hitting vein? How much time you hit the vein in quad shot?

Will sore muscles in quad make difficulty in cardio?

Out of the 33 quad shots I've done (16.5 weeks whole cycle 2x week) I've never hit a vein, I aspirated every shot, and never once hit a vein or was even in one.

I've hit a few clusters of nerves, but promptly removed needle and repositioned shot.

Soreness?, never had any, maybe its a testament to the labs I used, Watson from CVS and pharmacom test cyp 250.

Got my gears from official source(using Rx), so source is not an issue. Will surely try quad this time. Can you clear "nerve cluster" more? I know and saw images there are tons of nerves and veins in thigh. How did you know you pin into cluster? During aspirate if blood comes do I need to change needle/whole oil?

If you hit a vein, just pull out and reinject with same needle and oil/blood mix.

You'll know you hit some nerves,because it will hurt, and your muscle will twitch.

Honestly man, it sounds like your scared of the injections.

You can google this question. Hitting a vein is not a big deal but if you hit the sciatic nerve you will have some issues. Sounds like you are more in your head about giving yourself a shot. I am sure you can find a nurse or someone knowedable to give you one somewhere.

Will sore muscles make it difficult to do cardio? Hmm, do a hard ass leg day and try to get up and run the next morning a few miles and let me know if sore muscles make it hard to run. AAS will increase your H&H and will make cardio more difficult.

Cardio? I can't even walk properly, forget about sitting on ass, I can't do any kind of workout. Not going gym from last 1 week because of soreness, after first shot, pain from soreness was acceptable but this second shot fu(k the shit out of me. Gets relief from pain after a nap or sleep, but it starts again after walking or sitting for 5 mins. No, I can't go to doctor in this case and can't tell them that I got this pain after taking "Steroids" which I got from pharmacy on fake Rx. I still believe this pain is occurring because I hit the ground from injection site and left arm(feeling same pain in left arm muscles). Taking taurine and rehydration solutions to get relief from soreness.

No I don't just want to take shots, but I really do not want to miss it. This is my first cycle, so I believe problems will come.

Taking experts suggestions here.

I pin delts, quads, glutes, bis, did it for hundreds time so far (TRT not cycling) and never hit a nerve, it did happen when pinning glutes to see a bit of blood in the syringe as I aspirated, but promptly removed and tried again. No issues... and no sensible pip either.
