Just cause I do t have the instruments to check my body fat like I care anyway I’m low enough in body fat I see abs I train 6 days a week with 20 - 30minutes cardio everyday. I’m also highly disciplined while I train. Would like to see you even keep up old timer. I’ll do pct after it but I don’t see why I should I have a friend who has not even even done pct and he’s healthier then ever .. I’m going to brush you under the rug anyway
