    Your a clown I’ve been training since 16 you mad bro? Just cause I do t have the instruments to check my body fat like I care anyway I’m low enough in body fat I see abs I train 6 days a week with 20 - 30minutes cardio everyday. I’m also highly disciplined while I train. Would like to see you even keep up old timer. I’ll do pct after it but I don’t see why I should I have a friend who has not even even done pct and he’s healthier then ever .. I’m going to brush you under the rug anyway

    Wow, you sure do not know what to do with the information we are trying are with you. You apparently are going to do whatever no matter what people here are telling you. Most of the people here have been training more years than you have been alive.

    That statement about your friend is healthier now is ignorant. You and him both have no clue what you are doing. Do a search for guys that did the same crap as you did at 22 and now are in their 30's and can't get their wife pregnant, have ED issues or are on TRT for life due to being a know it all 22 year old. And we did not have the internet when we were 22!
