Alright so gonna do adex EOD .25mg for the next 2 weeks. Then start clomid and nolva. What dose would you recommend? I have 30 20mg cap. I’m assuming clomid and nolva slowly lower e2 and ring back natural test

nolva 40/20/20 (40mg ED 1st week, 20mg ED week 2-3)
clomid 50/25/25 (50mg ED 1st week, 25mg ED week 2-3, or if your clomid is dosed at 20mg caps then 40/20/20 is ok)

Also on this note, would you recommend me not to have sex or bust a nut? Would that make problems with me getting Libdo back

I would recommend some form of sexual activity as often as you can.
