    My preworkout is ephedrine and caffeine. Supplements sich as creatine, arginine, taurine, fish oil, milk thistle, b-12, N-acetylcystein, niacin, and others are not just beneficial to anabolic tendancies. They can save you from artery issue, liver issues, cramping, cholesterol issues, and heart problems.

    Whey protein is not very valuable but I buy it for days when I dont or didnt have enough to eat. Basically to chase a meal.

    IMHO taking both NAC and Milk thistle has no real benefit. Just stay with NAC and spend the extra money on food. But if you drink then take both before you drink, before you go to bed and when you wake up.

    No way could I work out on caffeine and ephedrine, I would be shaking way to bad. I have found eating a couple of apples works best for pre-workout. The natural sugars in apples will last longer and its natural.

    Ephedrine is complex. As a beta 2 agonist you begin to downregulate quickly and while it rebounds just as fast, after time though you start to develop a natural higher tolerance. Ephedrine also increases norepinephrine which is an alpha agonist.

    I have wondered if it possibly is counterproductive in terms of receptor saturation, while on cycle. I.E. is it competing for or hindering receptors from accepting anabolics????

    Someone answer that which is in bold. ^^^

    Ephedrine is proven to temporarily increase strength but it is unknown exactly how. I do know that I can throw on a pump like no other with it.

    As far as milk thistle, most have decided its not nearly close to NAC. My point was, when on cycle, AAS is relatively inexpensive. Done correctly most should spend more on bloodwork.
