My preworkout is ephedrine and caffeine. Supplements sich as creatine, arginine, taurine, fish oil, milk thistle, b-12, N-acetylcystein, niacin, and others are not just beneficial to anabolic tendancies. They can save you from artery issue, liver issues, cramping, cholesterol issues, and heart problems.
Whey protein is not very valuable but I buy it for days when I dont or didnt have enough to eat. Basically to chase a meal.
