    This is one of the primary reasons ephedrine is so damn effective. Enough ephedrine will make the hair on your head stand up like a dog in fight or flight mode. It literally makes skeletal muscle more powerful for a time.

    convert hatred, into agression, into motivation , into action = no pre workout anything needed

    I have no problem killing , but killing the weights and nothing more is the moral choice and obligation I have

    Cannot say anymore than this, i look at myself when I’m dragging ass into the gym. Tell myself that this is the fun part of my day; not the work. I constantly text my workout partner during the week saying i cannot weight to crush heavy weights. I think of the co workers that i cant stand when I’m hitting a PR or amrep.

    Did i mention booties and yoga pants too?
