I take all advise but I mean if your suggesting waiting a few years than yeah no I will however try to get into a good routine but I work all day some days 4 am to 8 min 13 hours a day I Drywall so I lift weight all day up an down bench’s I dunno if that’s anything but i am and know I can’t get any bigger I’ve try’d naturally 195 was the most I’ve ever been but that was yrs ago I’m 29 I wanna go to work and come up with a routine at gym but need help
