Title says it all.
Pretty open. Most my friends and family, people at gym know.
I make it very clear I do not sell

wife does my jabs and luckily my gym is mostly of trainers of a like mind, there are those we know do not use/approve
family I would guess are aware but it is not mentioned directly ;-)
My wife and my closest friends that do it too. That’s it
Funny the guy who actually got me into lifting is now a cop I allways joked with him about taking steroids he'd probably slap me in the face if he ever found out.
My wife knows and my son says I should run a cycle. He does not know that I have started one. Still waiting for the rest of my gear. Other than the people on here no one has a clue. I just say I am on TRT if ever asked.
One friend that used to sell me gear and One trainer.
Other than that no one knows not even the wife.
I am sure there are a few people at the gym suspect it just by some of the questions they ask.
everyone . all my family and friends. for example the in laws come over to visit, and I got stuff sitting wide open in the fridge, I'll pin some peptides right there in the kitchen in front of everyone without thinking twice. Father in law is into 'science' and we'll spend hours discussing the science of steroids.
all my kids know. people at the gym know, I'll discuss things openly with guys at the gym and not think twice about who may over hear the conversation or not.
I believe the more people that are open about their use then the more mainstream and less taboo AAS use will be. and ultimately the more accepted steroids will become
Most family and friends know I am on HRT. As far as my tren use, only my son in law, a few friends that also use and my best friend. My wife would be pissed if she knew I cycled tren. You would think she would suspect something when twice a year I have night sweats so bad she has to wash the sheets every other day.
most everybody who knows me knows..and personally I dont care who knows..i font do them to compete I do them to look good and keep my shape now..if they problem they can kiss my ass

Agree with MS
I have a friend that was married for 13 years and his wife did his injections for him all the time and had no problem with it.
Until they got divorced and it was a total shit show during the divorce and child custody hearings because of his steroid "problem".

MS and Diesel have it right. I tell no one however the wife has found evidence and knows. I tell her it is therapy and I have a prescription. She is not dumb and the fact that I compete, she knows it’s a little more than TRT. She has also found my stash.
Never trust women, they will use it against you when they see it fit.
Obviously, the person that I buy it from knows.
I try to keep a low profile.

Here's my take on it- It's on a need to know basis for me. I don't tell everybody only because people are f*ckin dumb and quick to discredit all my hard work. Many people think they're some kind of magic potion and do the work for you which is very irritating to me. So it's better IMO to go about my business and I have people I'm totally open with and others I'm not, and I decide who knows and who doesn't based on their level of intellect, open mindedness, and whether or not I trust them. Ultimately, for most people, it's simply none of their f*ckin business. I'm lucky to have plenty of friends who are on gear as well so I don't have a shortage of people to discuss this stuff with, plus I have my AR peeps. Overall, I feel like there's more advantages to everyone not knowing vs everyone knowing....
shoot. once you been messing with juice for awhile, you get a feeling about others you might think are juicing and sure enough they're juicing to and eventually that just falls into the conversation. drop a hint here drop a hint there.
most normal people don't know nothin'. As far as how you open up about it you have to be uber careful of the good-E 2 shoes types and the normal people that don't know anything about PEs. tell them something and you're asking for them to blab. those good E 2 shoes are going to snitch. once you sense any kind of snitchery remember it and don't ever trust that person. if you aren't careful it'll happen again when it really counts and then the game is up. that's just my perspective based on my circumstances. things are a bit different for me...
lol, what he said.
damn. that's some heart felt stuff man. i agree. U.S. ain't very cool about it.

I have told my dad and my work out partner. My fiancé has done some injections. So three people. Outside of that i just tell people work ethic and heavy god damn weights.
I tell people dieting / EATING and dedication. getting more into it i talk about variation / diversity. -hitting up all body parts; going hard to failure; and the importance negatives and HIT. And i talk about all my failures and how long it's taken to make a small amount of progress. -self deprecation basically. -being humble.
that's the truth. i just leave out the part where i stick a needle in my butt...
The less that know the better
My wife knows as I tell her most things. Personally, if I can't trust her with these things I would suspect we got other problems that need to be worked out.
Lol good point! However, the only people who truly KNOW are those "in the know" and most of those people I'd be cool talking to about it anyway. But you're right, there will be a lot of people that know SOMETHING's going on cause you're making sick gains but I just feel like people are so quick to say "oh he only looks like that cause he's on steroids" and completely over look the fact that even with gear, everything else has to be on point and one still has to put in hard work to make real gains...
Sometimes when i just tell people about my diet or work out the lose it. Idk if they could handle the aas part
What do you mean you skip breakfast ?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!??!?! Only eat 12 hours a day ?!?!?!?! You are gonna get fat and die............... You have 200 grams of fat a day?!?!?? You will have a heart attack. (Meanwhile, healthier than all of them)
I only have told to closest friends and my girlfriend, who is pinning me Btwbut if some1 ask me about it at the gym, then I don't cover it. Just as open as for MJ for example. You don't shout it loud, but don't cover it either.

admit nothing to no one imho...my wife knows my training partner knows and I'm sure everyone that knows me knows it is just never ever spoken of...ive got to say the people at my gym have a lot of class not once have i ever been asked if i use steroids, they stare a lot and hang around me wanting to ask but they are either afraid or respectful enough not too...but blatantly telling everyone that i use aas is just stupid, what good can come of that?...
A crap load of problems can come![]()
10 years ago I trained in a gym with lots of bodybuilders and trophies up on the walls from bbing shows. Nobody ever talked about it and I never asked, but was told to not take them since I'll stunt my growth, my dick will stop working, I'll go bald and have heart issues (I was a teenager then) lol they were thoughtful - wouldn't have done AAS anyway but still... Telling puts peer pressure on those who haven't assimilated enough information or thought of it long enough to make a decision to jump on AAS purely on an emotional basis.
Well it's all fun and games until Johnny law dawg comes knocking at your door.Tell no one!
