Is 20mcg of CLEN the same dosage as ONE pill which is 285 mg??

I bought clen from your site. First time user. Want to start with 20mcg per your site recommendation yet the actual pills say each one capsule is 285 gm!
Please help!

Idk how Clen can say grams or g as it’s measured in mcg’s like u mentioned - rule of thumb is to take 80mcg of Clen & take ur temp if raised your good(not too much raised) but you gotta taper up e2-3d’s starting at 20mcg - hate Clen myself love T3 tho

they're supplements not actual clen.. for actual clen i like to use ar-r's:

Liquid Clen 30mL 200mcg/mL

20mcg is equivalent to .02mg. 20mcg is NOT equivalent to 285mg. If the clen pill is really dosed at 285mg don't take it. It'll hurt you.
