Hello all,
New to the forum. I've been lifting off and on for over 10 years. I'm finding that my gains are reducing, energy is lacking, and body fat is skyrocketing thanks in part to a desk job (moreso to diet of course). I'm 6'4, 250 lbs and close to 30. I was hoping to get some education and figure out a way to optimize my training and shed some weight.
