    Test e 250 and win cycle, advice for success

    So I ran a dbol and test e 250 cycle about 6 months ago. So I didn’t take much AI which caused my estrogen to go whack as shit. For this cycle km taking 2 pins of test e 250 Monday and Friday. Starting winny at week 7, I’m taking arimdex .5mg every other day and have a good pct 50/50/25/25 clomid and 50//25/25/25 nolva. Please give me any tips or pointers!! Also will take liver guard once I start win

    Also running 5mg of cialis for a week pre workout heard that’s good for blood flow. Thoughts?

    That dball will jack up your e levels, well it does mine. 5 mg of Cialis is awesome and you can bump it up to 10 if you have a girl around to help with the sex drive you are going to have with Test and Cialis. Cialis will help with your pumps, blood pressure, BPH and Test/estrogen levels.

    So took 5mg of cialis and loving the pump!! So it’s good for estro and test levels? Good to know, so I’ll be on 50mg of winny when I start, does all the doseage of the cycle look correct? Just wana make sure I’m all good!!

    How long are you running this cycle? I'm assuming 10 weeks since you starting winny at week 7. What are your goals?

    How much test are you taking? Not sure how much 2 pins is...lol

    2 times a week of 250! Goal is to lean bulk first 6 then lean cut hopefully with the winny at the ends

    Am I able to do 5mg cialis everyday? Or is it still in my system for like 2 days and should not do that?

    Ah, the old bulk and cut. Seriously pick a goal and stick to it else you’ll be disappointed in your results

    What are your stats? Height, weight, body fat, age?

    You said you were taking test 250, that means there's 250mg per ml. Your didn't specify how much you were taking, just the fact that you were pinning test 250. You should have said you were pinning 250mg's twice a week

    Yes, 5 or 10mg's everyday is ok

    Might want to pin Monday and thursday, i believe that’s what most people recommend is every 3.5 days

    you can't sufficiently bulk in only 6 weeks. and I wouldn't bother with the cut the last 4 weeks. if your really 8% body fat then your body should be primed to grow and you have no need to cut. and looking at your stats you should really think about putting on some size being only 190 at 6 feet tall. I'd bulk for about 2 years, with a few short mini cuts in there along the way. try to put on a good 30 pounds
