Dosing clenbuterol can be very tricky. For men, a good starting dose would be 40 mcg’s each day and 20 mcg for women.

I would suggest keeping very close track of your blood pressure and heart rate. Im 5 weeks into my t3/clen cycle now, dropped the clen after 2 wks, may do 2 more wks soon, but may just stick with the t3 for a bit then be done with it. The sides vary significantly person to person. I tolerate very high doses of anything, so i have been on 100mcg t3 and 120mcg clen since my 2nd day. I get a little high bp and a little heart racing here and there bit not much. If bp gets higher than i would like, i dose some liquid cialis and comes right down.
On the other hand, my wife and my brother started same time as me, titrated dosages, gradually increased, and neither could get above 60mcg per day without some serious bp, heart rate, and shaking. So they are sticking with the t3 and got off the clen after about a week.
The knowledgeable guys in this forum have laid out the do's and dont's, have given great suggestions on how to dose and handle sides, etc- i suggest reading their posts and the clenbuterol handbook so u know what you are getting into. I did a significant amount of homework so i knew what to expect and what to do about it.
That said, it has helped me. Its not a miracle drug. I have increased my cardio and water intake. And after the first 2 days i had to supplement with taurine here and there due to cramps my first week. I woyld strongly suggest to have it on hand- i purchased a powder mix, which worked better for me than pills.
What i noticed after about the first 2 wks was that i was pretty much the same weight, but had lost some waist size and some fat. It was noticeable to the eye.
One more suggestion. Get a feel on how it affects you and keep in mind, for people that have excess fat to lose, once it starts workin, that excess fat is comin out the rear. At least with me. Im a heavy coffee drinker in the morning, and used to be able to time my bowel movements. Since ive been on this protocol, once i get a little coffee in me, and my body has that junk to get rid of, theres no holding it in. Its comin out regardless. You will prob experience some loose stool and/or diarrhea, but hasnt bothered me too much, bit may have to adjust your diet accordingly
