Your numbers are only slightly off. If you had a problem before, what did they tell you? I suspect if you get your vitamin D in check and add some foods that reduce billrubin (radishes, tomatoes, other red vegetables) and a higher fiber diet, it will fall within range. If not, you'd probably want to see your dr.

I wish I had your test #'s. Without TRT, mine will fall into double digits.

I don't know my blood's come off as slightly thicker guess I will see my doctor and will follow your advice too bro.
I will quit fapping for a month now and will test again I am sure the testo numbers will increase.
Also, I take Vitamin D 2000 IU tab once a day should I make it twice a day?
Is getting TRT injection every week twice a hassle?

I get sub-Q pellets inserted every 6 months so I have never had to do shots for TRT. For the other stuff, never had any problems.

Vitamin D, research it and see how much your body can take. I don't know if you expel it or not. I just take a multi and sit in the sun for a few hours. That seems to work for me.
