Your arimidex dosage and timing is way off. The half life is around 2 days and you should be taking it EOD or E3D and split up the dose. You should do the math on how much test and aromatization you're getting and adjust your AI with bloods of previous cycle.

Equipose has a half life of 14 days, you are going to inhibit the effects of the SERMs as you'll have lots of boldenone in your blood circulating.

HCG throughout the cycle at 250iu twice per week and no need to worry of testicle shutdown... Your HCG plan might not work in bringing them back.

1850 calories is a tiny amount even for the last stages of a very hard cut. You should start a cut 500 cals below maintenance.

the issue is I do not have bacteriostatic water for HCG only the water for pregnyl and the effective day is 3 days also we have 1500 iu or 5000 iu because that I prefer to use it during the pct.
any other option to save HCG more than a week?

Haven't tried this myself but I have read it's possible to mix with the sodium chloride and quickly pull 250iu HCG in slin pins, that would make 20 slin pins, and freeze them and thaw only when you'll use them. Though not optimal as sodium chloride breaks down the HCG quickly... As does thawing it after freezing... I'd just get some bac water.

Haven't used EQ seems not so useful with such a long ester and pretty much everyone reporting almost no gains to be made... Seems like a waste of money but what do I know haven't even tried

IMO since you have short ester prop why not go for a short cycle with test prop and mast prop like scotch advised. Less time waiting for it to kick in, same gains, in and out quick... PCT starts 2 days after last pin compared with like a month after EQ shot lol.

You probably won't need anywhere near that amount of a'dex, labwork will tell you if you do. Highly unlikely you will need that dostinex at all, BUT, definitely better to have it on hand.

You should not even be considering tren. Stick to test only for now and learn to eat. Eating enough is harder than it sounds.

Make your own bacteriostatic water if necessary. Very simple process if you have access to distilled water, benzyl alcohol, and .2 micron syringe filters.
