    Nice. How about mental clarity? I have done keto,but honestly cant remember exactly how I felt mood wise.
    From what I can recall,I seemed the same on any mental clarity,sharpness. As far as mood,I cant recall .

    I've been on keto (high protein, mid fats, trace carb i.e. <20g/day) since August. I love it. It hasn't affected my mood but my energy is steady and no blood sugar fluctuations. I break keto weekly for cheat meal. At first those cheat carbs would kill me- make me groggy af/lethargic. I'm less carb sensitive now, through.
    Keto has been great for my mental clarity

    I didn’t notice any mental clarity difference, but I’m always sharp as a tack anyway

    But at peanutbutterdc said above, not dealing with blood sugar spikes and such is helpful. I do notice a massive reduction on mid afternoon crash. And as I said, sleep is much improved.
