Filtering sachets?

I wiped the satchets down with alcohol pads and sucked every bit out with a 23g and transfered into a fresh 30ml vial. I cut the corner of the satchet with a sciossor just to expose a 1/4 inch opening for the needle. It worked out well. Zero pip
