So sorry for your lose. I buried both my parents last year and it hurts, just hold on to the good memories. The day my dad passed away I was in the gym doing arms, the song My old man by Zack Brown came on, If you can picture a grown man standing in front of a mirror doing hammer curls with tears running down his face! Yep that be me!
Hang in there and thanks for the advantage!

Tarzan- how is your resting pulse? I never knew that T3 would do that.

T3 regulates response to systemic cathecolamines (nor-adrenaline) and exogenous stims, too. It kinda works like an amplifier.

Why didn’t I notice any significant increase? I was taking pharma T3.

You don't always notice in the regards of BP and HR f.ex there are feedback regulatory mechanisms to can compensate to some extent, it can vary a lot between individuals there's lot of variables playing, same goes for metabolic rate, body temp, etc.

Some appears to plainly not respond to exogenous T3, for others like me 5mcg T3 can do a world of difference in terms of functioning.

I guess the T3 could have increased my BP. I really noticed the increase with tren. It got high enough that I started using atenolol.

Well conversely I don't get any increase in BP/HR from Tren, it stays at my usual 115/75 at 60 bpm.

Nice squat session today, legs are getting better, more muscle work less CV strain.

Five sets 10-ish reps each pyramiding up but glutes only felt like firing properly at the very last set, it's like all the previous have been warm up...

Looking good PBDC! Just wait though this old guy has a trick up his sleeve!!!! I'm feeling great! I only have 160mg of tren onboard right now since I am at the very beginning of a 10 week cycle. Received my T3 today so will start that tomorrow.
The main thing is my workouts have been great ... pulled another double today,HIIT at 5AM and did 40 minutes of core abs after work, my diet is coming together nicely and am getting closer and closer to hitting my macros, and I have managed to get down a gallo9 of water two days in a row. So things are on track. I have never done 80mg of tren EOD normally just 50mg and always got good results even tough my diet wasn't fine tuned. So the combination of everything should yield some pretty good results.

Will do mate. Its hard not to go absolutely bananas on high carb and to binge eat. Its far easier to control urges on low days

A bit flat and weak for some reason but things keep improving. Trained consistently for 5 weeks so far, it's been years I haven't managed to get back at it seriously.

    And how!
With the exception of January, I've been running low carbs since August. Like 20-30g/day. For me, that few carbs is waaaayyyy better than 100g/day. 100-300g and my blood sugar fluctuates all day and I feel hungry non-stop. I'm told I'm carb sensitive.

I have a weekly cheat meal, tho

    Super busy weekend.

Food has been sufficient, 500 calories surplus. Trained pull Sat, Legs Sun and push yesterday. Going to take 2 days off now before I start the training cycle again. Left shoulder is still a bit iffy, no pain just weakness.. with that being said it felt stronger yesterday.
