Clen 30ml x 200mcg

Just a quick question regarding the clen cycle I want to start..

This is th cycle I will be on but I am unsure how many ml's the mcgs are..

Day 1 40mcg
Day 2 40mcg
Day 3 50mcg
Day 4 50mcg
Day 5 60mcg
Day 6 60mcg
Day 7 70mcg
Day 8 70mcg
Day 9 80mcg
Day 10 80mcg
Day 11 90mcg
Day 12 90mcg
Day 13 100mcg
Day 14 100mcg

2 weeks off

Day 29 100mcg
Day 30 100mcg
Day 31 110mcg
Day 32 110mcg
Day 33 120mcg
Day 34 120mcg
Day 35 130mcg
Day 36 130mcg
Day 37 140mcg
Day 38 140mcg ETC

I just need to know with Clen 30ml x 200mcg, how much ml is the above mcg numbers?

Any advice will be appreciated

1ml is 200mcg so .75 would be 150mcg, .5 would be 100mcg, .25 would be 50mcg. 50mcg is still a lot of clen for the first day. You should start at one half of .25. You could also dilute the 30ml to 60ml by putting it into a bigger vial and adding water. It doesn't really have to be sterile since you're not injecting it but drinking it. @60ml 1ml is 100mcg, .75 us 75mcg, .5 is 50mcg, and .25 is 25mcg. Diluting the mixture will give you more accurate measurements.
