I need to start eating fruit cos that is non-existent in my diet. and Charger, my current weight (165lbs) means my daily expenditure is around 2,500 according to online calculators, so to eat 3000 calories for bulking is correct yes? I will try to get up at 8:30 AM and simply eat every 3 hours from 9AM. (9,12,3,6,9, and midnight)
Sound good? Also, is it a big deal if i eat whole eggs instead of just the whites, I like the yolk
