tell your mommy to cook you a 3lb bag of breadys daily,

put together these meals.

6 oz cooked breasts 1 cup brown rice, and 100g broccoli or some type of good non starch veggie (no,peas or carrots)

eat 4 of these a day, on top of a big 35g protein breakfast with about 30g carbs and 10g fats.

also a nice 40g protein post workout shake.
