    I put the needle and in slowly cus I can feel if I’m going to hit a nerve and adjust the angle or whatever so I don’t...pushing the plunger slowly minimizes pip imho...

    This, I probe the area looking for the most numb spot, insert slowly, and push the oil even slower, I've been pinning ED this way for a year and never had any issue so far.
