Just stay hydrated man… pretty easy. I drink Coffee on and off cycle, no problems. I also drink 4-5 litres of water per day..

Whoa, im glad i still have my dick. Im a coffee fanatic, average about 8-10cups a day. I drink a shit ton of water, but i better quit coffee and gotta go check and make sure my little buddy is still there
