sure. At this moment in time (week4 tmrw test+dbol) my lifts are:
Bench 90kg X 12
Squat 100kg X 12
Deadlift 120kg X 8
Please let me know if there is a section or option on this forum for me to upload videos of these lifts? Maybe I can do a before and after?
