Chest is unbelievably sore today, back feels taxed too from last chest session.
Nope not sure who that is. Haha
Seriously considering it! [emoji16]
Bulking is more fun anyways but it’s kinda like cardio - it sucks but sometimes you just gotta do it! Lol Great work though! Can tell you’ve made tremendous progress! The loose skin gets better over time(at least from my experience)

Hi everyone, hope yous are all doing good.
Starting to think working legs twice a week is to much, was a little weak today. Probably has something to do with adding cardio too.
Tried some modafinil today. Wasnt very impressed
Didn't get much cardio last week. Maybe 3 sessions. Back on track tho. HIIT for15 and LISS for 30 today. Rest day from weights.
What's everyone up to?
Biz- there are numerous ways. Bring your elbows straight back and hook your thumbs on your waist. Bring your chest up and try moving your elbows as far forward as they go. Bend back a little.
You can google and there are some really good videos.

Also you're 3 to 1 quad/hams on exercises, if you split you can try some SLDL type movement maybe with DBs if your back allows it and then curls.
Had stomach cramps night through, pork is hard on my gut
It's an eugeroic drug, it keeps you awake and going. It stimulates the very wakefulness centers in the brain/hypothalamus. Very useful to narcoleptic ppl, chronic fatigue, depression etc. And if you need to pull an all nighter ofc.
Doesn't work with anyone though, it depends on your genetic makeup.
Today is back day so I'll try after that thanks.
Chest tonight... can’t wait.
Hope everyone is good!!
Things down here as so absurd and upside down private bloodwork often costs less than NHS, so I always go with private... no wonder our health service is broken, it's corrupt beyond repair.
There are some horror stories here in the South, f.ex useless C-sections done for the sole purpose of getting more public money, and it's widespread practice, that's how the whole system runs like here.
